Powertrack dual-power jaw crushing unit PT Pro J-12D was used to crush the muddy blasting materials at a project site in East-North China. The performance tests under high-altitude weather was successfully completed.

During continuous daily 9-hour high-intensity operations, the J-12D demonstrated excellent stability.

In the face of scenarios such as the dumping feeding of large-tonnage mining trucks and the presence of large particle size (680 mm) blasting materials, the equipment still operated smoothly, achieving a processing capacity of 350–400 tons per hour, with uniform particle size distribution in the output, fully meeting the construction requirements.

Intelligent prevention, handling complex feed challenges

On-site, raw materials are directly fed by mining trucks, with a fast and fluctuating pace, which is highly prone to causing blockages.

The J-12D is equipped with a high-precision level sensor at the main feed inlet, which can monitor the material conditions inside the crusher in real time, achieving intelligent start-stop and variable frequency feeding.

Once a blockage risk is sensed, the system automatically adjusts the feeding speed to ensure smooth operation of the crushing chamber, truly achieving "no jamming even with abundant materials, continuous production".

Dual power source, achieving both energy consumption and applicability

The equipment adopts a dual-drive design of "external power supply + onboard diesel generator". Compared with the traditional hydraulic drive mode, the energy consumption is significantly reduced.

In areas with grid power supply, the energy consumpition is only 60 degrees of electricity per hour (actual measurement data from this construction site), showing remarkable energy-saving effects; in the absence of grid power supply, it can switch to diesel power mode, with an hourly fuel consumption of approximately 20 liters (actual measurement data from this construction site), flexibly adapting to different construction conditions and expanding the application scenarios of the equipment.

Frequency conversion start-up, more friendly to power supply

The crusher is equipped with a high-end international brand frequency converter, enabling smooth start-up and automatic circuit switching functions.

Compared with other start-up methods, its starting current is significantly reduced, lowering the power requirements for transformers on site, eliminating the need for additional distribution equipment.
