The construction waste processed in this project is complex in composition, primarily consisting of excavated soil, concrete waste, often mixed with rebar and lightweight plastic debris. The customer aims to screen out the raw material to produce clean aggregates of 30–100 mm and over 100 mm for reuse. Material in the 0–30 mm range, which contains a high proportion of excavated soil, will be used for backfilling. Large pieces over 100 mm will be returned to the crusher for re-crushing to improve resource utilization efficiency.

Project Challenges

1. The material being processed has a high content of soil and debris, is highly moist and sticky, and is easy to clogging the screen mesh, resulting in low screening efficiency and difficulty in effective separation.

2. Construction waste sites are typically located near urban areas, with extremely strict requirements for dust and noise control; they must achieve the goal of dust-free, low-noise and eco-friendly production.

3. Since material sources at solid waste stockpiles are not fixed, the equipment must be capable of flexible relocation to reduce internal material transport distances.

1. Powertrack mobile scalping screening unit SP-08D features a high stroke of up to 15 mm, far exceeding that of standard equipment. This powerful vibrating force allows high-moisture, sticky materials to roll and loosen thoroughly on the screen mesh, completely separating materials of different particle sizes. This ensures screening efficiency and output purity .

2. The scalper adopts a classic double layer screening design, with both upper and lower layers having the same screening area of 7.4 m². This design ensures a smoother screening process and significantly increases processing capacity, meeting customers’ stringent demands for high throughput.

3. The scalper equipped with a high-efficiency spray dust suppression system that effectively prevents dust dispersion during screening, creating a clean and environmentally friendly production environment that fully complies with urban environmental standards.

4. The scalper can be driven by two drive modes: onboard diesel generator and external power grid. In the early stages of a project when a grid power supply is unavailable, the diesel engine mode allows machine operation in all working conditions.
